Watch that egg!
Anyway, this combo here combines crispy toast with mashed avocado and fried egg. But you have to keep an eye on the egg to make sure you fry it just right. You want the white to be fully cooked but the yolk should still be runny. I guess you can choose how you want your egg but I think that keeping the yolk a little runny really makes the crunchy toast stand out.
