How To Make Roasted Red Potatoes with Zaatar?

These za’atar lemon potatoes are perfect and seasoned to perfection with simple ingredients. Serve these potatoes with all types of recipes! First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. In a large bowl, place the rinsed and halved potatoes, olive oil, fresh lemon zest, za’atar seasoning, and salt in it and toss until the potatoes are coated. Next, spread the seasoned red potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer. Spreading the potatoes across the baking sheet give them plenty of room to cook. Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until they are fork-tender and a golden color. You can broil the potatoes for the last four to five minutes to make sure they are crispy enough. Remove the cooked potatoes from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving.
