What are good things to dip?

What are the most common dips?

Dips fall into three main categories – the creamy kind, made of yogurt/sour cream, etc., and the non-creamy kind, made out of tomatoes, roasted red peppers, olives, etc. The third one is the one made of legumes – hummus, bean spreads, etc fall into this category.
